After the reservation is confirmed, prepare your home and complete the remaining arrangements. Choose a veterinarian, gather safe supplies, puppy-proof your space and review the first-week routine before the agreed homecoming date.

The reservation fee is $450. Do not send payment based only on a website message or unconfirmed availability. First confirm the individual puppy directly and review the written reservation instructions.
Refund, cancellation, transfer, remaining-balance and payment-method terms should be read and understood before payment. If anything is unclear, ask for an explanation and keep copies of all written communication and receipts.
