Your name, general location and the best way to continue the conversation.
From choosing an available Bernese Mountain Dog puppy to preparing for homecoming, our four-stage process makes each next step easy to understand.
Take time to review the puppy information and ask questions before making a decision. An inquiry begins the conversation; it does not reserve a puppy until availability is confirmed and the reservation stage is completed.
Visit our Available Puppies page and review each puppy’s photograph, name, age, sex, temperament and take-home fee. Consider which puppy is a good match for your household, schedule and expectations for life with a Bernese Mountain Dog.
Contact us with the name of the puppy you are interested in and tell us about your general location, household, daily routine, previous dog experience and questions. We will confirm whether the puppy is still available and discuss the next step.
Once the puppy’s availability has been confirmed and you have reviewed the written reservation instructions and terms, pay the $450 reservation fee to reserve your chosen puppy.
After the reservation is confirmed, prepare your home and complete the remaining arrangements. Choose a veterinarian, gather safe supplies, puppy-proof your space and review the first-week routine before the agreed homecoming date.
The reservation fee is $450. Do not send payment based only on a website message or unconfirmed availability. First confirm the individual puppy directly and review the written reservation instructions.
Refund, cancellation, transfer, remaining-balance and payment-method terms should be read and understood before payment. If anything is unclear, ask for an explanation and keep copies of all written communication and receipts.
